Aren't the Deathwing and Ravenwing supposed to be post-heresy? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the whole raison d'etre of the Ravenwing is to hunt the Fallen?
@graemecollin They are designed to hunt the fallen. However there is no reason you cannot have an all terminator or an all biker army in the Great Crusade. They would not be actual Deathwing or actual Ravenwing rather a terminator force and a biker force.
@KeeperoftheFortress A fair enough comment, but this can also be said of all of the legions - in fact, you can easily play an all-bike army using the standard SM Codex - even more cheaply, in fact, as all you need to do is to stick your captain onto a bike, thereby saving a few points over the cost of Sammael ... and an all-termie army would be easy enough to adapt ... although, as you pointed out, not necessarily tournament-legal ...
@graemecollin That is true. However if you want a jetbike that is tournament legal or a landspeeder leading your fast hitting marine force you can go here. It all depends what you want to do to get the feel of the legion in question.
