Fran is probably playing along to my performance. Normally we would have the tune we are recording to in the headphones.

Wow...put on a big furry hat and some marching shoes and you got a half time show! Seriously, this is pretty cool.

I approached the solo with basically a Phil Collins/Chester Thompson theme followed by a hard driving groove that doesn't get in the way of the cadence. Fran went with what could be interpreted as a Gadd/Latino theme. Makes you want to dance.
