Look @ her heart rate. Man that is one severe case of cardiomyopathy-are you sure that isn't constrictive cardiomypopathy. Her heart rate shows a majorly effected heart.

Dilated cardiomyopathy can be genetic too. There are labs like GeneDx, and Harvard that offer testing for it
