Yes, if you look through previous comments about this clip, the CC Bowls have been mentioned before as has Harry Partch. Anytime I do a program with this instrument, I invoke Harry Partch as one of the main influences on my work.

no the glass bells are really good. even in electronic dance music. Bet you dont recognize them when you here them.

I've never seen a gong drum like that. I've only seen the drumset ones. And I've never actually heard the glass bells before. Pretty neat!

Yes, these are modeled after Harry Partch's Cloud Chamber Bowls. I consider him to be one of the patron saints of my own work with one of a kind instruments.
