You do realise, this is slash shot without shooting? I didn't even know of flash step until I was browsing through GunZ videos and saw that I was doing flash step every time I climbed a wall. :D I thought all I was doing was "SS without shooting".

@WilliamRayJohnsen you have to be fast don't worry animation lock it is not important just keep using it and youll get faster as you play more and another reason is when you are playing you can't see your own animation lock. try recording your self and see if you are doing it correctly.

When you switch weapons, do you use the scroll or the keyboard, because the scroll seems alot slower, I can actually see the gun animation switing.

I will only rate this 4/5, and you are only getting that because i think it wil be a benificial movie to newbs. The reason i not giving 5/5 tho, is because that is not fs. That is ss(slash shot) fs(flashstep) is were you dbf reallly fast, or tbf, back and forth repeatedly really fast. Just letting you know :P

I dont get you... Cuz if he holds the left button(Shoot/slash) he'll shoot after slash... besides I have a problem switching guns it takes like 0.3 seconds and then I'll have to wait 0.5 seconds till I can shoot meaning I cant swap shot or rs, probably not this either..

well if u have long fingers its easy as. i can even do side fs with a hs in the center.

tip: i think u should use 3/1 to change weapon if u have long fingers. e/q if u have short fingers. i think 3/1 looks better though. careful if u cancel ur own slash and dash lol

flash step is one of the main moves of a k styler. Learning it was a pain, I was level 5 and wanted to be a k styler

( saw my first k styler back then.. he went through the air, spammed rs untill I died. WHOA, That's what banged in my head.)

after learning it( every direction =O many kinda only learn it forward)

I started to use it all the time. combining it with ss. That's 3 weeks ago, now I use it all the time together with dbf and rhs.. it is a move everyone should love...

Light step isn't useless/uncommon/gay!

For me it serves as an alternate basic sword combat so I can combine bf and light step to confuse the opponents. And it's also as great hit and run attack cause you can dash twice in the air with it! You should make a vid about Fadeshot too. =D

That tip to hold down left mouse is golden. I don't know why, but holding down the slash button longer made all my timing problems on DFS go away -- plus holding the slash button longer is more natural if you are used to HS/SS/whatever anyway.

The steps in tutorial are for good ol' regular flash step, not MosNanDa or Advanced.

Advanced flashstep just has an extra hop+silent dash at the end (similar to the hop+dash in HHS).
