Even if the IRC were easy to understand, it would still NOT show most Americans liable for income tax. Congress has power to regulate "commerce with foreign countries, Commerce between the several states, and commerce with Indian tribes," and corporate profits. That's it. Nothing else. No law exist that allows congress to tax the exercise of a natural right to provide for yourself and family. Nature gave you lungs to breath. Nature gave you hands to acquire food clothing and shelter.

Hey I have a copy of the internal revenue code with a complete index that shows who is liable for every tax. Withholding agents under chapter three section 1461 are liable for the income tax. See treasury decision 2313.

Its true watch Youtubes Sherry Jackson, she was a former IRS agent in charge of fraud and uncovered there was NO LAW, so how can a law be broken if its not a law? Its based on voluntary compliance NOT mandatory compliance. It does NOT go to where the American public thinks it goes, I believe 15 supreme court rulings vindicated those appealing to it yet these rulings are considered irrelevent in the lower courts.

So even in the Supreme court the law was not found and the people not prosecuted
