@Shicomm Its exactly the same. No evo decals because it was before it was tuned AGAIN. It already had a tuned ecu, cams, intake and exhaust. Plate... what plate? Technically he never ran plates on any of his cars, so he just decided to use the ECACP plates probably because they looked better than the Penske Wynn plates.
