My healthcare and wages are fine. I don't have a pension. I can be responsible enough to plan for my own future and invest. I'm a nurse in an ER, we don't have unions at most hospitals in this area. I know people who have done travel work at the only union hospital in the area, the union has made condtiions there so deplorable, they generally leave their contract early for fear for their license.
