This guy clearly has a major addiction problem. I lived in Boulder from 88-96 and worked my way through school. Most of the rainbow people were simply lazy idealists. I would always get asked for money by the young guys and always offered to pay them to work on a project and was never once taken up on it. They were offended in fact.
