rgw watter was just an animated texture under the bump section add noise, then click the noise photo and increase the speed,

If you have a plugin called Baker, You can bake a radiosity or Ambient Occlusion map to your level. This will save render time. as all your objects are static this wont matter! 80 hours can turn into about 1 hour.

Try a plugin called Lumen lite. It fakes radiosity, it will give a more realistic look to it.
