Natasha, you trasmit a strong energy when you make your videos and I enjoy watching them. You can conquer your goals but you have to remember even though we are super hereos and vampires, we are still humans, Leave the bad wekk in the past and focus on this coming new week. U have the tools and I know you can do it :) Keep it going dear.

I just wish I was good enough that I could do a routine straight through, without having to edit for interestingness and screw-ups - on the other hand, the very last move I did in the video is the FIRST time I've pulled that one off without banging my knee! Hi Natasha, I had the same problem this week. It's a lot to commit to and quite stressful. I myself have gained 4 pounds since starting SFC, I'm behind with work and going to bed at stupid times. I don't think I can say "a walk fixes my eating" because it doesn't... I always say "I could be doing worse". You should check out josielenore on youtube. I feel like I'm entitled to eat too without comments from me or others. I would love to foster animals in my home.

I felt very uncertain making this video, but I can't pretend to be in control of this if I'm not; I can't pretend that it's as easy as taking a bubble bath, when it's not. Watching some of the other videos this week, I was feeling very out of place and alone, so thank you for letting me know I'm not!

I didn't even realize till half way through the week that PMS was the issue - I should have guessed as soon as I started majorly falling apart!
