There are quite a few Pro-audio midrange and mid-bass drivers out therethat gets very loud, Each persons hearing is different and they may look for a tighter midbass or brighter high in the upper mid or lower highs range. Some people just wants sure volume. I do parades as well as local shows and its fun to see this kinda excitement in a audio system dont you think?

It is wide open and we could of went further there because there is no road at the fairgrounds to stop us... It will actually go about 50% further than he walked out in an open field... @MrPeterJayy It filters out "unwanted" frequencies from the music, like for subs, you'd use a low pass crossover and set it so it doesn't amplify any of the higher frequencies (since subwoofers are meant for low frequencies). The same but opposite for speakers, they only receive higher frequencies.

The components are cleaner and louder tho... so, one set of these with a clean powerful amp should be able to keep up with 2 10's or 12's rather well...
