Blogger - how to change header image?

I had to revert to the old design, change the header picture, then change back to the newer template again. I chose another design which was nice.

maybe there is a hidden header-picture-edit-button somewhere, but I only found one in the old design.

hey man.. in my blog I cannot change the picture for the header like you did. i did use another template from blogcrowd and when i switch back to minima, there were 3 link that i cannot remove.
