A good handshake is so important. When I was teaching business etiquette to college seniors we focused on that first. You didn't talk about sweaty palms, though. It takes prep time: don't hold anything in your right hand, esp. a cold wet glass. The worst is the wet noodle handshake. Women should have a great handshake and I'm always impressed when they do.
