if neither wrestler scores in the first overtime then each wrestler will have 30 seconds on top and on bottom and if the score is still tied then the wrestler who scored first in the match will have choice of top or bottom where the bottom man must escape to win and the man on top must either hold the bottom man down or turn him to win and not allow the bottom man to score
no theres 3 two minute periods and then you can score takedowns reversals near fall for 2 or 3 poijnts and most points or pin wins and if tied after 3 periods usually overtime with first takedown im not sure what it is after that though

Are the matches timed like in boxing? If they reach a stalemate, does one win by decision?

depends on the style your wrestling
the main ones are folkstyle freestyle and greco
each have different scoring systems and such you should find out which one your doing so i can help more
