One has to wonder, now that the Health care plan is implemented, that all the fear mongering, scare tactics and outright lies about the bill these speakers are spewing, what are they saying now? Listen to the crowd, they are eating up all the hype, blind rats running the maze for big business and corrupt politicians.
At least with insurance companies you can choose (except for the government regulation that is state mandates). PLEASE read and learn before you loose your liberty to choose.
Trouble is, when the government takes over your healthcare then it's the government who tells you what you can and can't have you'll have a problem. They intend to run all private insurance out of biz so that the government is your only option. Next, doctors will quit (why work hard for a lazy man's wage?), etc., etc. Eventually that will lead to rationing like it has in other countries that are now realizing they screwed up with govn't healthcare (case in point Canada).
Ebony, you can get any healthcare you want in this country with or without your health insurance company. You'll have to pay for it because doctors actually worked and learned how to practice medicine, have to pay for bandaids and such (comodities are not free - someone has to put time and materials into them). But you can work and pay for it in this country and that's nice (and illegal in the UK!).
Am I the only person that finds it ironic they are protesting something called Obama "Care". Ha, wow, the day being caring is seen as a bad thing in this country. Oh how Americans love having their insurance agent telling them and their doctors what they can and can't have.
