  • mine is actually quite like this. there isn't much doctors can do.

  • German Internet Site about an German Boy with many hard Floaters!

    Floaters.de

  • Simulation not very realistic. When someone drives eyes have very fast movements, due to road scanning, in all directions, hence floaters move faster.

  • i see those same things, but the ones i see are transparent with a black litle dot and i usually just see them when i "chase them". and the transparent ones don't really bother me, the only one that bothers is the little black dot.

  • I see those things, without any color, and sometimes in white. is it the same thing? What's the name of the thing, if you know this thing.

    Thanks in advance.

  • it was so cool to see an actual example video of what I see once in a while, most of the time my floaters are off to the side and I don't notice them, had them for decades. Every so often they appear more transparent than in the video but the effect is still the same, more of a blurry spot that is a consistant shape, looks just like a strand of protein floating around that I can get to move out of the way just by shaking my head or looking back and forth.

  • cure for floaters, google it.

  • I'm type 1 Diabetic and have been for a little over 12 years. I'm only 14 years old and I take good care of my diabetes. I have never had a an A1C over 8.2. I have eye floaters, I have read that it is unusual for a 14 year old to have eye floaters. The have continuously gotten worse for the past year. Could this be from Diabetes? I went in for a eye exam about a month ago. They said my eyes were fine. But i didn't have an extensive exam. (i don't know why) Could this be diabetic retinopathy?

  • @FANCYPANTSFREERIDE YouTube is not an appropriate place to discuss specific medical conditions. Please contact me through my web site if you have a more specific or personal medical related set of questions. Dr. Johnson

  • sign Cure for Floaters Petition

  • My floaters are almost as worse as this ones and I also have a waterfall of bubbles constantly falling which destroy all my central vision. I am living a constant nightmare and I'm only 22.

  • my floater are like worms with thAT bumb in the middle and really squiggly and very 3D and with extreme black outlining with a bronze speck that took over 75 percent of my right eye and dots that looks like stars that ARE seperated and lined but just moving everywhere like fishes in the lake yuck!

  • enter in google "Cure for Floaters Petition" and sign!

  • These are not floaters. They are early signs of diabetes.

  • @TheCocoaPuff23 For those who choose to get their medical advice from "CocoaPuff", caveat emptor. Advanced diabetes with retinal hemorrhage can cause floaters, but it is quite rare compared to the more benign variety. Most people with floaters do not have diabetes, and in fact have very healthy eyes.

  • @VitreousFloaterSolns Ok,dont be bad! :-D I have TONS of floaters but I dont have diabetes. I just want to say that the video is exagerrated. These look like diabetes floaters(big black patches) because floaters are moving when you move your eyes, are smaller and not so dark. Sorry for english

  • @TheCocoaPuff23 wrong honey. You can have floaters without having a detached retina or diabetes.

  • My Orbs of light that come once in a blue moon , are nothing like floaters people are talking about , they have motion that nothing like floating or moving in fluid ...

on the other hand if i stare at the blue sky and let my eyes un focus then i can see what people call floaters ( thats only when i choose to let my eyes unfocus )

the dots of light with energy to them i cant control and barely ever see

  • @JohnLFC4EVA: There is a naturopathic approcah for eye floaters by Hevnawe, I posted it in the comment section.

  • @lahorichikur

No shit, I have some too, but this is exaggerated at least 10x.

  • My floaters are bigger than these.....they drive me crazy!

  • hm, mine didnt likok like static gel... but its like a very thin transparant copweb

  • This person doesn't have eye floaters. It appears as if they have a squid stuck on their eye. this is way too exaggerated

  • I just got floaters 5 days ago that look just like the video, except there are a lot more of them plus billions of tiny black specks. Help!

  • si os que nao tem soubesse como e ruim ter um montes de moscas na visao dos olhos a ciencia ja estaria avanssada !!

  • i dunno what ive got in my eye, it doesnt move around by itself it only moves with my eye movements and is a perfect circle but isnt that dark its a very light grey colour, anyone help and reply back?

    thanks

  • i just got 1 in my eye a few weeks ago, it looks like this. ):, OH SHIT THATS A SAD FACE, well makes sense considering they suck lol. But i feel thankfull I only have 1, will i eventually stop seeing this, if so how long?

  • i have energy viewing in my left eye only when lookin at light colors. could it be floaters?

  • @LuxuriousLuxembourg I'm not sure what you mean by "having energy". Need better description. Medcial questions are better asked via my web site, please.

  • @LuxuriousLuxembourg well ... i know i don't have floaters ,i think we have something else ... when most people

stare at a blue sky they can start to see floaters if there old enough ... but floaters are not light and dont all look like orbs or spheres ... the dots of light are orbs ... and they don't float around, they move around .

  • @JSprayaEntertainment mines something else. its gone now thank god. its something that was flashing not flashing but like flicking and i think its cause i work nights. and theres not enough light and so the eyees struggle and fight to see better. day time i dont got it no more since i took my break.

  • @LuxuriousLuxembourg its cause your a chosen one ( lol jk ) kinda

  • I would just like to thank god that even though I have many, many, MANY eye floaters, they're not that visible and that shape, which happens to, coincidentally, make a pattern, is the only one I see out of millions of them.

  • An eye doctor told me that everyone have eyefloaters but not everyone see them is that true? He told me that the brain dont need to see them so the brain like doesn't show them.

  • @zeptonify I think your doctor is mistaken. Not everybody has floaters, although many people have very mild or nearly imperceptible floaters. Your doctor's statement doesn't recognize that some people have floaters that are significantly large and obstructive. These are floaters that affect the quality of life. Those are not the same as very defined small threads that can be ignored. It is not a matter of your brain choosing or not choosing to see them.

  • Comment removed

  • @zeptonify: To some degree your doctor is correct in that everyone has floaters, but it is usually near sighted people who sees them most. Floaters can only be seen if they cast a shadow over the retina. There are herbs you can take to remove or lessen the number of floaters.

  • i guess eye floaters has to do with diabetes and liver problem too, check ur blood guys.

  • @diamonddonut Most floaters are not related to systemic disease of illness. They are simply an effect of aging and breakdown of the structure of the viscous gel in the eye. In extremely bad diabetic eye disease you can get hemorrhage in the eye from abnormal blood vessels, but I have not seen any of those in my floater treatment practice. Those are managed by retina specialists. I have not seen any evidence that floaters are caused by liver problems.

  • dude i have them to but you only see them in the winter

  • @TearstonTV: You see mostly in the winter because of the reflection of light bouncing off the snow.

  • those a hella big floaters

  • that looks pretty annoying

  • wait... is it normal that my eye floaters can talk??

  • my eyefloater look smal like earthworm and they r nt dat dark and annoying they re mostly seen in sunshine or daylight ..its like a few month im seeing this and im 16 and its annoying me alot so how to cure dis thing

  • oh god that looks bad. I thought i had floaters. Mine are clear floaters, very small, and usualy leave me view quickly . and it only really happens when i look at a clear blue sky.

  • wow, those are pretty dark floaters

  • This charity is trying to raise awareness of floaters. If you have floaters please visit their site. oneclearvision

  • My floaters are smaller and nearly transpartent. Normally I don't notice them.

  • Mine have been getting worse. I've had them all of my life, so I've been able to ignore them until now. The increase is driving me crazy!!!! Help!

  • my eye floaters dont look like that

  • @Quailtooben They are different for everyone. Some who have it worse, are similar to this.

  • I've had it for years but i only notice it if i try to see em or if i focus too much like when im driving or reading

  • can u explain better please?

  • I have eye floaters could they be a connection with the brain too . I mean like a neurological problem or a symptom of anxiety or depression?

  • @getfunky79

They are a physical entity, in a physical space, casting a shadow. They do cause all kinds of distress and angst, though.

  • my eye floaters aren't dark at all, i can harly see them.

  • I have eye floaters but not too much like this video.

  • thats like a severe case

  • My eye floaters are like this (sort) more transparent, but quiter similar.

I often wondered if exposure to strong sunlight skiing & surfing may have played a roll in producing this contition? sunglasses help on brighter days.

  • can a blurred vision accompany a floater?

  • Yes! But is is transient and comes and goes with the movement of the cloud of the floater

  • the floaters are in my right eye, my right eye has been pink, and my vision on that eye is blurred, it has been 11 days and no progress. My primary care gave me antibiotics(thinking it was an infection) and told me to apply it for 2 days. But it is obviouse that is not an infection.

  • @VitreousFloaterSolns hey

im 18 and have eye floaters in both eyes. they are small but because im very wary of them i see them every day. I live in the UK so treatment like this is never gonna happen. Is there any other type of treatment at all, besides vitrectomy, that can make these go away?

  • this is a really bad case of floaters lol mine don't just sit there they eventually go away and then come back

  • A couple of questions here! If you have been diagnosed with floaters, will that prevent you from serving as a credible eye-witness in court? What if the eye dr. evaluating your eye condition is also a sufferer of floaters, should you get a 2nd opinion to confirm the diagnosis?

  • I have never had these question asked before.

    1. Most people with (even pretty bad) floaters could pass any eye exam - even an FAA flight physical. The usual eye exam techniques don't measure or assess floaters. It's not like the old lady in the courtroom scene in "My Cousin Vinny" - one of the funniest movies of all time in my opinion.

    2. f you have the symptoms typical of floaters he/she should be able to tell the difference. I'll ask the next eye Dr. I treat.

  • VitFloSln, I don't think I could pass an eye exam. The floaters are in my right eye, and my vision is blurred on that eye. My eye is also pink, (for 11 days) is this common?

  • my floater is completely transparent but sometimes it does distract me when im reading a book. it gets bigger when i move the book further away and smaller as i move it closer to my eye, does any one know why?

  • The key word here is "simulation". It is a "fake". It is intended to simulate what some people see all the time as they look out into the world. Floater sufferers will sometimes use this to show their family or friends to give them a graphic example of the constant annoyance and distraction these floaters can cause. It is also intended to illustrate the potential public safety issue that may occur if the floater is blocking pedestrians or traffic lights, for example. Very astute observation.

  • LOL you're stupid

  • if this is a real question then you are fucking retarded.

  • This is a very good video. My floaters are slightly more mobile. I hate them.

  • My floaters arent NEARLY that big and most are nearly transparent

  • Me too, I try it!

"I stare at my floaters" - I think I'm gonna open this community.

  • there HUGEEEE

  • never seen floaters that big

  • i got floaters but not so big and not so dark

  • mine are transparent and i have a few strings of them,,, it's like they're all attached together and i cant separate them no matter how fast i move my eyes from side to side

  • I think this video has been greatly exagerrated. Floaters aren't that big or dark.

  • kegs202 iv got transparent eye floaters and a black 1 they can b black

  • @kegs202 yea i know haha. mine are like worms in different positons but moving faster as i look at thing faster.

  • @kegs202 maybe for you!

  • @kegs202 O my i was thinking the same thing when i watched this video! Floaters are def not that big and dark! If you have something floating in your vision like that then hopefully you are driving to the emergency room!!

  • @kegs202

    ehm they are for me..

  • @kegs202 There all different, some can cover up to 1/2 of your eyesight.

do your research before you troll

  • @kegs202 They indeed can be. I've shown some of them on my videos. Occasionally, a large one can completely obstruct the vision. I think you meant to write that : "MY floaters aren't that big or dark".

  • @kegs202 Yes they are and there can be even more of them.

  • @kegs202 You just wait..I hope you won't regret that comment in the near future d~_×b

  • i have floaters but they're not that bad...they aren't that big either...

and theres 3 that are small and thin is that bad?

    or normal?

  • normal hahah there never this big hahahahahhaha i think there amuzing so when im in class i try to look at it dead on, but i can because it goes away hahahaha

  • good to know I'm not the only freak who tries to stare at them, but fails at it =D

    and thanks for replying

  • HOW TO CENTER EYE FLOATERS when you have one, say its lower than your center focus point. look up about halfway through you field of vision and STAY THERE. youll see it bounce up in your preffial vison. wait. itl go above your center point than slowly float back down. once its centered, than look around freely and it will be centered. ive had floaters since i was 7. lots of practice

  • hahaha me too- i can center mine. its kinda hard but i can. then i draw them. or i bounce it up and down.

  • What if you see this but with different colors?

  • wow mine aren't that bad :\ I do have line transparent-like lines.

  • my floateres are more small and transparent, but my floaters are moving more than this simulation. Man I want to fix that problem of the floater.

  • i get adzaclty what you mean, it can be distracting

  • mine are more or less transparent and small bubbles

  • Chickendude,

That's a circle within a circle sounds like a target to me. It should make it even easier to hit with the laser.... Dr. J

  • mines a squiggly line with a circle on top and another circle inside the circle =I

  • That's very close to what I see out of my right eye. My left eye has a bigger but fuzzier one, like a curtain.

  • Mines are about half of that.

  • are your floaters really that big?

  • mine are like 100000 times smaller hahah theyre little circles and sometomes squiglly lines. haha

  • same thing the circles look like halos not really though

  • Yeah I really dont think anyone could get them this bad

  • nah c mon if your floaters are so fucking huge you should give yourself a headshot
