@MajorKirby9000 I've never tried giving any of my parrots raw egg. Avis loves everything. No matter what I'm handing out, I can count on him grabbing and eating it, unlike the other three who are really picky!

All three but Corkie love grapes, for example. The only thing all four of them eat is crackers. There's always at least one that doesn't like something I'm trying to give them as a treat.

Corkie will ask, "Is that good?", and when I say, "Yes!", she still won't eat it!

@MajorKirby9000 Absolutely not. Chocolate is also considered poisonous to parrots. Funny thing, every time Avis is on my shoulder and I start to eat a Milky Way Midnight, he leans way over, saying, "Give! Give! Give! Give!", then tries to take a bite out of it so I have to give him something else and put him back on his cage. And, that's the only food that he goes nuts like that about! *It could be because I give him some of most everything else I eat.

@birdlady423 I usually don't buy that! There were a few crunchy bones in it that crumble to nothing but that was strange. He sure did love it but I didn't let him have very much because it was so salty. Salmon is good though!

@rita191919 I had Avis sexed to determine if he was a male or female. The band corresponds with the DNA certificate. It also helps to identify him if he were to get lost, something which I doubt will happen.

@BrickstarRunner It's protein. I had that can forever and decided to open it and see what it was like and he came right up and started eating out of the can so I made the movie. It's almost like tuna. Does your budgie eat tuna?

Parrots will eat anything you eat! They love noodles, pizza, cereal, milk, eggs, cookies, chips and I mean everything! It's funny. Whenever I eat, Avis sits on the side of my plate and gobbles up my food! He really loves ranch dressing! Lol!

Parrots aren't supposed to eat chocolate so I have to give him something else like a cracker. The candy bar is the only thing he really gets excited about. I don't know if his former owner let him have candy bars or not. But, it seems he knows exactly what it is and that he likes it a lot! Lol!
