@moustik95 That so-called filter reduces the airflow and restricts it - that's the noise you can hear! The surface area is 13 times SMALLER than the standard oversized paper one which has a surface area of 13ft. The holes in your filter are 13 times bigger than a paper one to allow the same amount of air through. That means 13 times the dust and size of particles. It sandblasts your turbo and inlet. Removing CAT lowers exhaust temp and slows down speed of gasflow! LEARN about engines!

Too much diesel being injected, SMOKE=BROKE! Sort out the engine management or make the cylinders bigger to accomodate and use the extra diesel pumped in. Also put a proper air filter & housing on as that thing reduces power and allows dirt to shotblast the turbo. Learn about airflow and diesel injection. Don't be a victim of bad adverts for so-called tuning bits.

@denny099999999 True, over fuel and oxygen starvation make black smoke; If spark plugs where ever introduced into diesel engines it would help the engine to burn cleaner but plugs are not needed to run the engine but to help in fully combust the fuel say in lower rpm where engine temp was too low to keep a good burn. just my two cents.

i have a 2009 transit sport van 2.2l 140bhp hade it remapet to 180bhp and then put a air filter on it .remaping it made a big difrence the filter is shit it only makes a nose eny tips for me on how to get more bhp

no prob! mini sport ltd in padiham lancs did the rolling road figures last year i will make an effort to get the print out for you, its not that hard to believe really if you take the stock 129bhp and chip it that becomes around 165bhp take off the cat and add a powerflow exhaust adds another 10 bhp and add the shot of nitros which on a hot day ran 216bhp since then i fitted the induction kit so 220bhp should be poss?? print out to follow......

i tested the new vito 3ltr deisel 204bhp? and it was fairly fast but no match 0-60 as mine is much much lighter and has more power.
