You mention pedophiles but it is clear you have no idea what the term means. Pedophilia to put it very simply refers to individuals who seek sexual gratification from children.
I of course can't speak for everyone but for most who participate in this lifestyle (adult babies/diaper wearers) do not have any interaction with children, sexual or otherwise and do not condone anyone who does. It is they who seek to become children themselves. To return to a time of less stress.
