This is very beautiful! Im 16 and definatley love my techno, scremo, rock, metal, hardcore etc but my true weakness in music is stuff like this! This sounds very amazing! Even if you didnt write it you play it very beautifully! You have some great talent in this! Bravo!

i'm not sure what my piano level is. i won a few competitions back in the day, but i never took a test that said what level i was. (although i get this question a lot so i may go out and take a test someday, haha)

It sounds very nice, but you should watch your technique. Since Piano is basically a matter of dividing your hands in your mind and pressing the right keys at the right time, it can be very easy to slip up with Technique. Often your fingers fall flat and so on, but I'm sure you are aware of all this.

actually i wasn't! thanks for bringing it up to my attention. without a piano teacher right now, i do slip up more often than i used to. keeping your hands curved definitely helps in terms of getting that sound you want =)

Then laughing madly at the misfortune he's been reduced to. Right at 3:00 a helping hand reaches out to him. However, this hope keeps on slipping away till he finally reaches that point in his life when his inevitable fate catches on.

For one; The Piano is a string instrument. >.> (being facetious, don't be offended please)

This is my absolute favorite song ever composed (Besides Gustav Holst's Jupiter which is close behind) I love what you did with it, and if that's not enough, the simplistic melody is deffinantly something that you yourself are good at composing.

As far as this being too much for the piano, I've heard a few orchestral versions that are a tad more intricate, almost impossible for just two hands. >.>

heh... yea. listening to the original, i realized that there was three parts, and my rendition is missing the very important top line

the piano IS a string instrument... i often forget that. i always think of it as a keyboard. but it's actually the biggest string instrument of all!
