  • This abomination by her CURRENT INS. COMPANY to deny her of treatment to possible heal her (but OK to KILL HER) was ALL DONE with the CURRENT, DEMONIC health care & ins. industry he have NOW!!

All the reason we need something different. Perhaps not govt. run but definitely DEFINITELY NOT the CURRENT, DEMONIC INSURANCE (DEATH) COMPANIES!!

They celebrate & get paid when some sick person die b/c they can NOW keep the $ they were spending on them!!

  • Funny how he would LOSE compassion and give in to fearmongering when he himself is terminally ill.

  • How would a doctor in Washington, when faced with a patient adamant about 'death with dignity', deal with this situation?

What would be the best way to approach a patient like that? What if the provider doesn't believe in such a thing? If you're a primary care provider and this patient has been with you ever since you started practice, how can you tell them to see someone else?

  • Simple - refer the patient to another doctor.

  • Please improve your reading skills.

    "simple" Psshhhhhhh noobsauce

  • At least I'm not a compassionless cuntservative like you.

  • A doctor's duty is to their patients, not their moral bigotry.

  • I find it interesting that some of the common sense information is not being talked about. For instance, Fox News ran an article and series with the title: "Oregon Offers Terminal Patients Doctor-Assisted Suicide Instead of Medical Care", on Monday, July 28, 2008. It can be found by googling that title.

  • Thanks RobHep. I was looking for that.

  • This is only the begining of the slippery slope of legalizing euthanasia. With the well-intentioned initial pursuits comes the eventual abuse of power to the detriment of those vulnerable individuals we're supposedly trying to help. Society isn't interested in helping the vulnerable; they're only concerned about what caring for someone with needs will cost them physically, socially, and economically. We are eliminating opportunites to show compassion making us more and more selfish
