I like you use the brush it gives a more realistic view of how the color will apply. Folks use their fingers, but most of us don't use our fingers to apply shadow.

Hi Enkore, nice vid. I've spotted a mistake on it... you said that pf093 is a powder foundation and actually it isn't, it has a satin shimmer in it because it is the bronze highlighter. You can check it out on their website. I do not own any powder foundation from them but I believe they are mat.

I do have the best of both worlds palette which I think it is a great deal, wonderful for having a lot of different colors without spending too much.

I second the suggestion for homemade eyeshadows :)

Actually that is not true. You can most definitely charge for your services. You just cannot claim to be certified, and even so, some of the certified make-up artists out there are really terrible. There are some self taught artists that I would trust more that some trained person who is just in it for money.

The satinfinish on the foundation looks very pretty. Bet it photographs well! :) However, like you I prefer matte foundations.

yaby is one of my favorite brands of cosmetics...and i, too, have found the blushes are very pigmented...no problems for me there. their pearl paints are INSANE! love the palettes...and boy does it make my case of makeup smaller...:)

I have both the dramatically neutral and the brights palettes...and are they fabulous! They may be smaller, but you don't need as much...so they last as long if not longer than larger shadow pans. you won't be disappointed in any of these!...I am looking forward to getting the pearl paints palette...I probably won't need any other shadows in my kit....

I have yaby blushes and they usually go on really pigmented. Some of the shades are meant to be built up though, less is more remember! lol

i do like a little shimmer stuff on my face which is why i bought the mineralize skinfinish from mac. but everytime i use it as a highlight and apply my fix+ after i look super oily and shiny!! do you know why it gets like that? cuz i really have no idea.

I have used it on liquid foundation before, and yeah it works good. You dont want it saturated tho, a little goes a long way when using the 109 with liquids.
