The other guys (Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, and Lance Bass) are going solo or are doing something in the music business. JC is currently working on his 2nd cd (which is taking too long), Chris is doing some country music (check wikipedia) and I think he's still doing a boy-band supergroup called "Sureshot", Joey had been involved in some Broadway shows, and Lance, I don't really know much, appeared on "Dancing with the stars".
