Today, I'm home with some sort of disgusting congestion. I made some shrimp wonton soup (Costco). As it was heating, I ate a couple of organic corn chips dipped in spicy humus (Trader Joes). When I took the soup out of the microwave, I spilled steaming broth on my hand. As I ate my soup, I iced my hand. Which is worse, a burn or congestion?

My lunch today is a green salad with chicken breast, cucumber, red and green pepper, sliced olives, and balsamic vinaigrette. Yesterday I had a bag of microwave popcorn and Pepsi.(I usually drink Coke or Dr. Pepper.) But on Thursday I'm having my favorite: a grilled Rachel on rye with fries, hold the pickle.
