It's actually hilarious, when you think about it, to see Misfits Jerry and Dez depicted as cute little puppies. Love the song though, probably the most underappreciated album of 2006.

Anyway, it case you weren't able to figure this out, let me explain it to you, this Osaka Popstar album is what we call a "concept album", the lead singer, John Cafiero, is a huge fan of Japanese anime, thus his vision was to have an album of songs that, except for the Voidoids cover, could be anime theme songs, and if you think of it that way, he hit a near perfect bullseye.
