i think it's very simple what's happening, and preplanned. speculators are rasiing the price of oil on the cues of people like opec's president and goldman sachs inorder to sustain profits when in two years cars that run on batteries and hydrogen are released to the public. in a matter of 10 years, cars that average 60 to 100mpg will dominant the roads, and they need to raise concerns of supply issues. there's plenty of oil in the ground.

Dollar goes down and prices " Seem " to go up, it's inflation. Basically nothing really goes up, it's just they adjust to the value of the dollar.

The problem with the countries that the Doctor from France, they are all with Central Banks meaning, the banks inflate the money which hurts the lower and middle class and the upper and wealthy benefit the most.
