Oblivion Mastering Sneak Early

Actually, I find that repeatedly pickpocketing a sleeping target yields sneak levels much faster. I spent barely ten minutes quick-browsing the guys at the Skooma Den(no aggro for breaking in or stealing) and came out with Master Sneak and no sweat at all. You don´t even have to steal anything, just browsing their inventory gives loads of Exp.

thing is, if you have this as you major skill, you will lvl up because of this. that means enemies will also lvl up and be stronger, while you arent any stronger just sneakier

I went to Chorrol (at LVL 2) for reccomendation for mages guild and went upstairs where the bed is and at midnight (12AM) a dude goes to sleep so i walked to the wall and put my controller down with those 3d glasses that ppl pop the lenses out of and i used it to hold the analog stick down (I DID THIS IS ON XBOX 360)

all u really need to do is go into somebodys house put a rubber band arround the trigger and go do something other than vidio games

@Tigerscaryo If you just play the game like you would normally until Uriel is killed then go around the corner from the guard and sneak after he has asked you what you are (thief, agent, acrobat, etc.) you get the same effect and level up. this takes a long time and takes a lot of the fun out of the game. If have 100 Sneak at the beginning of the game it makes a lot of the first quests too easy.

The best place is right in the beginning when you are in your cell. Just walk to the left corner of the passageway, that is still blocked, and make sure you don't go near the cell door.

an easier way is while your still in your cell.you can see the corner next to the bed.Start sneaking and just keep walking into it.Because of where you have to be before valen dreth realises you're there you can keep walking it that corner and sneak will keep going up.

the problem with that is dince you havent chosen sneak as a skill yet you dont get those lvl's and points to your next mail char lvl

I tried it with a charcter.The points actually converted and earned the character a level.Try it it'll work.

don't know if anyone has said this but when you start get in the place where your bed is quickly the darkelf won't talk to you but you can earn sneak.

i did a similar thing i tied a piece of string aroun the analog sticks while sneaking near a person in some inn

actually you can make all of your skillz maxed out if you have pc type addskill [atribute] [number] in atribute i put sneak and in number i put 255 and then its maxed out and you can do that for allof the skill you just havee to press ~ or ` to acces console and there it is

I did that to naruto in ultimate ninja storm(you need to make a lot of steps) and it worked perfectly.I put some books (I think) in the controler so that it didnt move that much.

lol i get sent 2 jail get a rubberbadn and put the 2 joysticks together. it takes me like 3 hours 2 get it 2 master. and if u wanna lvl up ur main lvl fast make it a main skill (sneak) and ull get a butt load of lvl ups.

go into a stable place while its open hide in the corner and tape your controller down so you just keep on sneaking straight. Turn on the TV and wait about 20mins it should be up a rank with the exception of master takes about an hour

but you have to make sneak a minor skill otherwise it f--ks ur lvl up bad.

and if u play on xbox, tape you little joystick forward, you can go watch a movie :D and check every now and then for the "you are now a journeyman in sneak..." thing

you can just get 100% chameleon and sneak against a wall continuously by a guard in imperial city, they dont move :D

...Or, you can get the Adoring Fan (if you killed him, there's no point reading on), Make him follow you to a secluded location. Then, when no-one can see you, sneak behind him and pickpocket him. Somehow, he doesn't want to tell the guards, so continuously pickpocket him, then get out of the pick pocketing menu. For Xbox 360 users, its just a matter of pressing A then B. It gets you from lvl 1 to lvl 100 in 30 minutes.

another way to do this is tape your joy-stick down while in sneak and run into a wall in the inn in the imperial city (trade district) the innkeeper wont try to find you so you wont have to worry about a thing...

heres an other trick: for the assassin's admition quest, rufio sleep almost all the time. get in sneak mode, go next to his bed and just hold W. you can put something on your W button and go watch a game if you want.

you can also go anywhere in the imperial city or other city and follow someone around with the pickpocket symbol

also when killing rufio for entering the dark brotherhood, right before killing him and when he is sleeping just press q in the room going against the wall, and then just wait until you reach the level of sneak you want :)

even if you get to like lvl 40 in tutorial, if u choose it as a major class it goes back to 25

there is another way to get sneak up, go to the imperial city arena get behind the woman on the chair and keep sneaking up the corner, that way u train sneak, not very fast though

haha I remember this...... my first character (with my sister's help cuz she's played the game before) was a khajiit. I meant to create a stealth person and I was on sneak for like 70% of the whole tutorial and sewer levels and it ascended like 10 (I didn't count exactly how much)

also a good way to lvl up hand to hand is to get the vile lair download and buy everything for deepscorn hollow. then find the deepscorn prisoner and start to hit him. i just got tape and taped the trigger in so my guy keeps hittin him. im already a master. it all happened over night

i think the best way to level up on sneak is in the cloud ruler temple up stairs there is a guard at martins room in martines room sneak and walk into cupboard

Another way is during the very first Dark Brotherhood Quest, go to th ehotel room of the guy you have to kill and just sneak up against a wall or something, he'll never wake up. I set the controller down while it was propped forward and gained like all the Sneak skill.

Actually he sleeps 20 or 22 hours not all the time, at least thats what the guide says but yeah that's a good way to level in sneak.

True. My guide said that he slept all the time, but when I was doing it he got up and saw me, but he still didn't alert anyone or anything. It still leveled me like 20 lvls or so.
