Good job going with a new PMD and a heat sync. Its a waste though. You're engine is just going to cook it again. All of the hot air in the engine compartment isn't going to let the heat sync do its job.
Mine is relocated with a three foot harness down by the driver side battery and out to the front bumper.
yea you want to relocate the PMD behind the front bumper somewhere. my pmd was failing and causingmy truck to die out on me and stall. once i got the cable and heat sink and moved the pmd i never had another problem. and very very clean engine bay. looks good.are you planning on opening up the exhaust on it and doing an aftermarket intake?
you need to relocate that heat sink outside of the engine bay. Just letting it sit on the manifold is worse than on the pump at least it has cold diesel fuel cooling it down. that cooler will actually suck the heat from the manifold making it hotter than before.

i just relocated my pdm i was having stalling problems and everything truck runs great now!
