@andow7 Yeah for sure. It offers alot more tonal possibilities; more frets, tremolo goes up AND down - if i could, i'd make it fretless and pop a sustainer in it as well. I honestly bought it cuz it FELT right. I love Jimmy Page and John Frusciante - but the Les Paul and Strat just dont do it for me.

@hischak4 it's a very common minor pentatonic slide but i agree it sounds AWESOME here. on the top 3 strings it would be

the first slide should be pretty fast, emphasizing the second note, the second slide is pretty even. just play around with it til it sounds the way you want it too....i hope the tab looks okay i've never tabbed something in a youtube comment

I was making the same mistake with the sweep picking too. I just figured out a few weeks ago it needed to be alternate picked, after watching JF play it on a video. When I started alternate picking it I was picking every note, but as you get faster I feel I need to not pick the note after the hammer-on, and just use the pull-off there instead. Thanks for posting and helping people.
