  • when you do your iso biceps your swinning your body to much and thus not working only your biceps your getting more or your shoulder and back so your doing the same as reg. biceps curls try keeping your body stiff only using the muscles from your biceps to lift the weight and if thats to hard use a light weight

  • is there snow on those peaks?
