Deathbells grow near dead bodies, the shack you showed was a locked up one with blood coming trough the door. There are many deathbells on the graveyards
For Barbas and clavicus vile - you can leave him/fast travel away, and then you will see he already arrived at the shrine, so you can get there yourself

You can fast travel while doing the quest with barbas , you just have to say : We meet us there. ( something like that )
