@vantagetes Amazing, I would bet they had to spread it out / trench it as it melted. I work for Ziegler Cat in MN, when I worked at the Bloomington site we had to push up our snow pile. It never even came close to this but we had to trench it out with a 'hoe to get it to melt off by July.
Down here in brampton, they had to close 1 of the dumps a couple years ago because it got so high, then they turned it into a golf course, its right by the wal-mart, its massive,
@vantagetes they need 3 dozers and operators playing on the mound???? typical bullshit they have it down to a science on plowing snow around here too, they scrape asphalt and when the real snow comes they are not around then it's all overtime, back in the day people could actually taught how to drive, we had maybe 3 plows and everyone lived what happenend
@phaze500 See your theory on that would work.... if this wasn't a city of 1 million people where its winter 6 months of the year. The snow dumps are NEEDED. 6 dozers is when its not snowing, I have seen it up to 9 when it is.
@phaze500 There are five. They have to push the snow from the bottom all the way to the top in an effort to make it as tall and wide as possible to fit the next snowfall into the storage yard.
It could actually be blocking that comm tower as well. lol I'm assuming a lot of that might actually make it through the whole summer. But I'd definitely be back there with a metal detector if possible. There's probably going to be some goodies in there.
where is this snow dump? its monstrous

Haha, I'd like to see a 31 on there, have the dozers push ya up, dump at the top, then skid right back down for round 2.

I hope they shape it like a big giant titty, then place the blinking red light on top for the nipple, that would look great from space.

is that yard pressed for space or something. Why stack it so high.
erifdlog 11 months ago
@erifdlog Yes its pressed for space, They have actually closed the dump due to the fact there is no more room for it to be piled.
