I think this band is way over rated! In the BIG10 only MSU and Ohio State stand out. Check out posts from Michigan band mambers and they will tell you the same... especially drumline members. BTW, MSU has by far one of the drumlines every year nationally and OSU has the cool dot the "I" with the script Ohio which is very entertaining and unique. UofM...Cock Roach Stompers at best LOL!

Few bands can even come close to matching The Michigan Marching Band's overall excellence. That "LOCK AT THE TOP" stride is AWESOME at any tempo. GOOOOOOO BLUUUUUUUE

I was at that game, sitting right behind the PSU Band, got to see JOEPA, up close and personal. IT RAINED, it was cold, windy, I had on a winter coat and gloves, plus a parka, and that STILL WASN'T ENOUGH. And all JoePa had on was a little light jacket. And that was the LAST TIME JoePa came to Michigan Stadium, before all this mess went down. That old man had a lotta life still left in him! Oh yea, and the PSU Band played too damn much! Who do they think they are, OHIO STATE? We have a band too!
