I absolutely love the practical application of building a fence and getting the dogs off their chains. A tangible, measureable result with the transformed dogs as they blossom into happy pooches. I plan to make a donation and encourage others to do the same. The materials cost money and so I cann't build the fence, but I can help buy the needed supplies. Kudos to a superb organization!
