I'm in solano county and here, when you miss the date you signed on the ticket, they will suspend your drivers license,add a failure to appear and send your case to colection and won't give you a court date unless you post bail. they also lie to you saying u can't see the judge and that the only option is to pay if u want to get your drivers license back.

We about to hit the discovery phase and now they are crying, because i asked to see a warrant, verfied complaint, competent fact witnesses, law license, etc.

hey rick how do you file for fed ?and where i know what a motion looks like i have filed four against the court all denied and i was also found guilty ,i appealed and motion to vacate , still guilty and threatened with jail.

Judge says "you signed a paper promising to appear in court", I said "No, I didn't". He gets the case file and ignores everything I submitted to the file and goes right to the paper I refused to sign and says "You have to post a bond or I'll issue a warrant" I say, "You don't have jurisdiction, This is an administrative court." He huffed, walked out and never came back.
You need to be careful about not signing everything as some contracts are sealed by silence, even on paper. I sign agent to break my contracts but we are in different situations. I know its a pain... but record the court and then re write your own transcript. Bill them for the time in coming cases and read back all their mistakes until they dismiss. The judge will be pissed but who cares about the kangaroo court. good vid.
@JazzyJofLA It's illegal and unlawful. They have hit my brick wall a few times already and they keep coming back for more. I keep catching them in lies and mistakes and they keep covering with more, by the time it is over there will be a huge bill for all the lessons.
