Tupac is okay, but he is so overrated. Lyrically he's not all that. I would place him in my top 20, maybe. His flow was sloppy, his rhymes weren't all that creative or mind blowing. Yeah he had a lot of passion, had some deep tracks and what not,but that all represents personality. Not skill.
