To be honest, had I not already seen Ichi, that trailor deffinatly would have made me avoid that movie. That was terrible. The movie is an over the top violent film. Miike-san himself said so. That made it look like some sort of lame tear-jerker!

In so many words, that did NOTHING for the movie!!! Why can't the Ichi just be awesome and violent? We do we make it all artsy and "beautiful?"

Being "audience friendly" is one thing, but this is just lying to the viewer.

This is terrible! Ichi isn't some sad little boy, he's a killer! I know you probably meant well with this, and it would be nicely done...
