Yes, you can plow or harvest on anyones farm with it.

If you are talking about FarmTown, click on the wrench in the right hand corner, then uncheck the box next to wait for each plow plant. Then you should be able to plow as fast as you can click or us MT.

you can literally plow the largest farm size on Farm Town with MT in probably 3 minutes.
