If any one cares I found someone on YT who does covers of Vangelis music. Best one that I have heard. He even does a play around with Movement 1 of Soil Festivities. Check him out. (MIK300Z)

Stumbled across this here on youtube. I liked the Bladerunner Soundtrack but everything else from Vangelis was a little bit too 'orchestrally' for my taste. But the Album 'Soil Festivies' is absolutely stunning. I would say this is his Masterpiece. Beautiful, abstract, somewhat minimalstic but warm music. Highly Recommed!

Movement 1 is my favorite but the whole album is great.

My father showed me this music. I will always love it. Vangelis IMHO is the greatest composer of my lifetime.
