I have been reading channeled material for many years but just discovered Bashar! He's pretty awesome. I recommend the book "The Only Planet of Choice" it's available online. They say many of the same ideas and the history and future of the Earth existence. Earth life the hardest dimension that we "try out" BUT it also can be the existance where we can learn the most about love, patience and kindness to ourself and others on Earth.

but what about the notion of fear from an evolutionary perspective- fear keeps you alive, serves a purpose, other wise what would stop someone from taking risks that can easily kill them- its the product of inteligence and is not the negative thing that the "entity" speaks of

what usually blocks us is the fear of being afraid, of the fear but if we own the fear it is a whole different story, it kind of becomes a positive fear

@Anomalousness - I would say its probably more accurate to say that "caution" keeps you alive, not "fear". You cross the street with caution and that is helpful but fear is not. Fear is actually what gets you killed because you lose your composure and clarity...... So I would say it would help to swap the word "fear" for "caution"..... :)

@Anomalousness I have learned that fear is not something we need to carry around with us. We have instinct, or higher self which, when we live in a more attuned state ALWAYS guides us. The higher self does not fear any experience, not even death. It understands that nothing happens that is outside of its conscious choosing, if that is the right word. Someone with only a modicum of attunement can walk around Vietnam traffic blindfolded and not get involved in an 'accident' unless they wish to.
