to those who criticize the accent, do understand that the singer is not brazilian or spanish. im not even sure if she knows the real meaning of the song.. but one things for sure and obvious, she sings very well. she learned this song by ear.. just appreciate the effort. if you try to sing in our language, i think i will also laugh for your accent.

"Mais que nada" is a correct Portuguese phrase (equivalent to Spanish "Más que nada" and English "More than nothing"); correct, yes, but NOT the name of the song !! The song is called "Mas que nada" which means things like "No way!", "Nonsense!", "Tried but it didn't work out", "I wish", etc. Not even close to "More than nothing". By the way, in Brasil most people pronounce "Mais que nada" and "Mas que nada" [almost] identically.
