There is two ways to unlock Biometal Ox, one is too beat 8 bosses from megaman zero 3 and 4. You need two gamepack for that. 2nd is to beat the game, simple as that.

well for those who played the game before you can use omega zero at the end game boss since its like most games lets you level up or gather everything first then you can fight the last sub-boss to last boss in the game. but you have to atleast beat the game to use i think it was new game plus which keeps it unlock or what not its been about 8 months since i last own this game so i cant really play it again

OX is just a cheap and very badass copy of "Omega" they should put it with its original atacks so he is better, in that case i would prefer ZX :)
