Does anyone realize it doesn't matter who you support-or even elect? THEY are putting the pieces in place right before our eyes to stay in power! Why all the secret signing laws/executive orders, expansion of executive power, wide scale eavesdropping, a secret police (Blackwater) answerable to no one, ignoring the Constitution? To just "walk away" on Jan. 9? WAKE UP, AMERICA! WE, THE PEOPLE must act before it is too late; Our very lives & 231 years of hard fought democracy are at stake!
My wife can't walk through some parts of town at night because she might get mugged by a Corporation. I can't do a keyword search for "thug" on YT because it might return a bunch of republicans.
Research how many of these 10 signs of dictatorship were enacted under clinton/I assure you they are there/RON PAUL is the only candidate who is prepared to turn back the mechanization of tyranny/If you support Liberty you must support RON PAUL/RON PAUL2008!

It's not left vs. right. It's government vs. the people. The government is using the concept of left vs. right to divide the people. republicans who want freedom should work together with democrats who want freedom to reduce the government's power over us. Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate who is working for the people instead of the government.
I agree that if we do not come to grips with this and understand that it's not left or right but the government vs the people, we will witness the end of America, for as a nation we are disintegrating.
That said, I do not believe Ron Paul is the answer, for a Libertarian government where the individual reigns supreme, is not "for the people and by the people".

I believe in individual rights and a government that complies with the Constitution to protect the rights of the people rather than what we have now. I believe that Ron Paul is the only candidate who will support and defend the Constitution and work to protect our individual rights. What do you believe is the answer?
Please explain, what makes him "just another wacko Republican"? Not all Republicans are the same. Look at his voting record and you will see that it is unlike any other in Congress. Hillary and Edwards are more like Bush than Ron Paul is. Most Republicans and Democrats are corrupt. Ron Paul is not.
No one is going to wake up until we lose our toys, myself included. When I can't watch Steelers games, get on the internet, eat or go for a drive then I'll do something. If there is a large movement that is actually going to try and change something, not just hold signs and chant, I'll join in.

Given that Wolf was adviser in Gore's campaign, I doubt that she'd endorse Ron Paul. More likely she supports Kucinich or Edwards.

Self-Governance by means of representative democracy isn't a bad idea as such.
Without it the fittest will rule - the financially fittest, which excludes most people.
In the mean time we should focus on fixing our instrument of self-governance, not do away with it.
