  • This is kinda painful to watch. Lots of young energy and enthusiasm yet no experiance and obviously no one else with any idea around to give this poor young guy some advice! I remember being equally as foolish when I was 21.

  • Check out our web. If you are able to support a horse or oxen we can help.

go to farmer browns plow shop on the web

  • Only 499.85 acers to go.

  • Only 499.85 acers to go.

  • Not really an efficient use of energy. That sod needs to turned. Use a horse or a Cub Cadet, a Gravely two-wheel tractor, etc. to operate a turning plow. Once the bed is established then use your back with a shovel or broadfork. A tiller will eventually create hardpan. A John Deere is way over-priced. I guess the green paint raises the price. Does it make the soill better?

  • yes and is this some sort of hippie commune i wish to join

  • it took him six months to plow that patch so dont discourage the boy

  • NOT what the Glaser hoe is for. This guy is obviously inexperienced with gardening. Rent or borrow a tractor with a plow. Plow everything under in the fall. Then throw as much OLD manure as you can get and let it sit over winter. Then in the spring till it all with the biggest tiller you can rent or borrow. This guy is just wasting his time. But I guess you have to learn somehow.

  • Really whats the point buy a john deere and plow it alot faster.

  • That seemed kinda pointless. Why not rent a rototiller for an hour and save 3 days of work?

  • Where is this farm?
