  • Question of the day? If I had to convert a non-wine drinker, as I did in a presentation I gave in speech class in college where the whole class got to sample, I WOULD CHOOSE RIESLING as my weapon of choice. It's semi-sweet, not bitter, fruity tasting. A noob will reject a dark red almost right away because their palate isn't ready for it. Riesling seems to be a good route to take. There's ALOT of really great rieslings out there too. That's my opinion. I would offer riesling to a new convert. :)
