  • this is calming. (:

    too sophitsticated

  • The guitar part in the star remember me I Started a Joke...

  • I'm a big fan of the Royal Phiharmonic Orchestra. I just love the beautiful sounds performed by them. Thak You. Arigato.

  • 3 people have no imagination.

  • What an arrangement - and wonderful arranger!

  • I like it very much :)

  • @thillsmax Are you kidding me ?

  • I did this song in 8th grade with my school band, but I don't think I've EVER heard such a passionate replay like this.

  • Absolutely amazing♥

  • SYMPHONIC ROCK TONIGHT - 31ST MARCH 2011 - ROYAL ALBERT HALL - 7.30PM - DON'T MISS A GREAT CONCERT WITH THE RPO

  • This beatiful song proves John Lennon's deathlessness. We won't forget you John, sleep in peace...

  • I love hearing the different ways people capture the essence of this song

  • still think john's version is better ;)

  • @Berenueve Always. :)

  • Love the sound of the oboe, and trumpets and everything else, love this song. Beautiful! Thank you for this.

  • This is more like Eva Cassady's verison. It's amazing.

  • (Ilovedarkchoclate) it wasnt the beetles that wrote this song... it was john lennon and yoko....... none the less it is excellent.

  • awesome song

i am playing this song in my school band

  • This is a full orchestra orchestration, there dynamics are much more precise as it is a pro orchestra. It's amazing what mics pick up and don't pick up as well...just went through a recording session and things we thought were loud came out quieter and in fact needed to be played louder so had to do more takes.

  • They have done more then one version of this actually. There are several versions of the rock songs they've done...such as even Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. It's hard to find but they did a version with a horn quartet for the first part of the piece. It just depends on what people post as to what you will find of course..

  • the Beatles wrote the original song, and this is an arrangement the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra made

  • actually it was John Lennon's solo career with Yoko Ono, in after the Beatles had broken up in 1970

  • this is wonder ful but my school orchestra played a way better version try a full orchesta version with a f flat at the cresendo on the second cresendo

  • Personally, I was hoping to hear a complete orchestral arrangement of this theme, but this is really nice too! =)

  • i played this in band its kinda hards since the background in our band out powered the melody there wasnt enough people playin the melody

  • Just.... fantastic. Outstanding. Unbelievable.

  • this is beautiful!!!

  • this is fantastic!
