Hi, My bold LCD screen was all white with coloured lines so I thought it must be a fault in the LCD, but I've now changed the LCD to a "004/111" but my normal screen was 002/111 ,and it's showing the same fault in the new screen, is it a hardware fault or is it just because I put a 004/111 screen into it?
Hi, i do know that different regions have different screens, so it is highly possible that this is your problem but there is a chance the hardware is faulty, did you buy the LCD from us? if so there maybe something i can do for you, let me know,
@RacerMK Hi, as far as i can see there is no way of removing the screen without breaking the LCD, now if you go to our website we do sell Black lens LCD and white ones, your only option is to change everything, if you want to spend that money anyway, but be aware that Blackberry made different LCD's for different counties, strange i know, but they have done it so if you do want to change yours over, please check what screen you need before you order, i hope this helps

The best thing to do would be put it back on ebay and then buy the right LCD, hopefully it will fix the problem,
kind regards,

How would you apply a new screen lens to the screen because I bought a blackberry which has a black screen but a white border.
