The Japanese Silvia has a 2.0 litre turbo charged engine with aluminium block. You can change the turbine and the intercooler and exhaust train and get 400+ horses out of it easy. Parts are abundant and cheap, it will cost you only a few thousand dollars, the base vehicle you can pick up for a grand. I owned one until I totalled it racing at night in Shizuoka.
