Then about a year'ish ago he rejoined with Dance Gavin Dance (although he was still the singer of Emarosa too). And then few months ago Emarosa just kicked him out of the band.

And then there's the whole thing of him going to jail for a bit because of drugs or something. So, Dance Gavin Dance is now on Hiatus til he gets his act together.
